Software Developer
Job description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator to manage, optimize and secure our company’s databases and lead the establishment of a robust data warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain highly available and secure database environments (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Lead the planning, design and implementation of a company-wide data warehouse to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, capacity and reliability; manage backups, security, roles and access control.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps and analysts; establish standards, documentation and best practices.
Education & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record in designing and managing data warehouses and ETL processes.
Technical skills
- Strong hands-on experience with relational database management systems; SQL tuning, Oracle and SQL Server administration.
- Experience with data warehouse platforms, data modeling and optimization for analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud database technologies (AWS RDS/Redshift, Azure SQL, or GCP BigQuery) is a plus.
- Strong scripting skills (SQL, shell, Python or similar).
Certifications (preferred)
- Relevant database administration or data management certifications from recognized vendors (e.g., Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL Professional).
Senior Customer Quality Control
Job description
- Own the quality of every subscriber interaction in Wasit — from installation appointments to support calls on 6095 — and turn measurements into fixes.
Key responsibilities
- Audit support calls and field visits against service standards; report quality metrics weekly.
- Design corrective training with team leads; verify that fixes hold.
- Be the subscriber’s advocate inside the company.
Experience
- 3+ years in service quality or customer operations, telecom preferred; fluent Arabic, working English.
Project Manager
Job description
- Run fiber roll-out phases in Wasit end to end: civil works, splicing crews, activation and handover — on schedule and to spec.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and track phases across contractors and internal crews; own the build calendar.
- Coordinate with the ministry and municipal authorities on permits and standards.
- Report progress against route-km and activation targets.
Experience
- 5+ years managing infrastructure or telecom projects; PMP is a plus.
Digital Transformation Specialist
Job description
- Digitize how the company runs — from field-crew workflows to subscriber self-service — and integrate the systems behind them.
Key responsibilities
- Map manual processes and lead their migration to digital workflows.
- Work with vendors and the in-house team on CRM, billing and portal integrations.
- Measure adoption; iterate until the paper is gone.
Experience
- 3+ years in digital transformation, business systems or product operations.
