The light reaches more of Wasit

FiberX field crews have completed the latest phase of the Wasit build, bringing pure fiber-optic connections to thousands of additional homes across Kut. The expansion follows the route of the national backbone as it climbs north from Basrah.

Residents in the newly covered neighborhoods can check availability with the short number 6095 or through the FiberX app, and book an installation slot — most installations are completed within days of booking.

Every connection in the new phase is fiber to the home, end to end — no copper anywhere in the path. That is what keeps speeds stable at peak hours, whatever the weather.
